We are seeking a skilled Genesys Cloud developer to join our Global Technology team as a Project Employee.

What You'll Do

• Design and development using Sub-Routines and Common Modules
• Design and development of Voice Bots to utilize TTS voice capabilities
• Experience with enabling multiple foreign languages
• Experience with leveraging Data Tables/Data Actions as part of call flow development Experience with supporting & developing integration services for:
  • Epic
  • Salesforce
  • ServiceNow
• Ability to develop call authentication functionality
• Ability to develop self-service capabilities
• Code de-bugging and quick bug resolution
• Exception development and testing
• Unit testing knowledge
• Design/Configure Genesys Platform:
  • Organizations
  • Business Units
  • Call Transfers/Conferencing
  • Dial Plan
  • Fraud Protection

What You'll Bring

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing, and supporting contact center solutions.
• Strong experience in object-oriented programming / Modular Code Development using Genesys Cloud IVR Architect
• Experience in Agile / Scrum Software Development life cycle of IVR Development & Testing.
• Ability to set up PoC(Proof of Concept) and full production roll out of various features/functionalities within Genesys Cloud Platform.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the pay range is $95/HR to $125/HR. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
