Meta is seeking a leader experienced to become part of our Global Services (GS) Design, Engineering, and Construction (DEC) team. The DEC team endeavors to advance the state of physical security infrastructure and building systems through strategic and innovative solutions. The regional manager position will support all new build and retrofit projects for the workplace in the North America, Latin America, and South America regions. They will endeavor to develop, facilitate, and streamline processes to improve efficiency and consistency in how physical security infrastructure and other building systems are designed and delivered to empower Global Workplace Services (GWS) overall mission to deliver first class workspaces for the business.Candidates should understand critical aspects of project design such that they can guide scalable design solutions for both technology and non-technology solutions within the built environment. This includes working with various cross-functional teams within GWS and Global Security to ensure physical security standards are properly integrated into GWS's processes to provide predictability in security design and execution.
