RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Mooresville, NC that is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Golang Developer to join their team.Job Description: As a Golang Developer, you will be responsible for developing high-quality, scalable back-end code utilizing Go for REST API development, SQL database development and maintenance, unit tests, and design documentation. In this role, you will serve as a subject matter expert for Go Development and play a key role in analyzing complex system requirements, designing software tools and subsystems, and ensuring adherence to sound software engineering principles throughout the development process.REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of Software Engineering experience
- 3+ years of Go development experience
- Proficiency in designing and documenting REST API endpoints
- Experience with relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
