Role Definition
Manages financial planning teams, monitors financial planning activities and develops strategic plans to increase an organization's operational efficiency and financial profitability.

Responsibilities
• Managing a team of financial planning professionals, allocating resources to projects and keeping track of project progress; introducing necessary interventions.
• Monitoring and reviewing financial planning activities like research, forecasting and analysis; formulating process improvement plans and supporting its execution.
• Presenting research findings, competitor analysis, financial forecasts and key insights to the senior management, and assisting them in making corporate and strategic decisions.
• Working closely with top management and other key stakeholders to prepare annual budgets and formulate strategic plans to meet business objectives.

• Conducts and documents analyses of a variety of financial statements and indicators.
• Anticipates the potential impact of decisions based on financial data analysis.
• Oversees financial analysis to evaluate organizational and managerial performance.
