Job Title: Home Health LPN / LVN

Duties & Responsibilities: Home Health LPN/LVN sought for 13 week assignment, with the potential to extend. Schedule would be 5x8 days, Monday-Friday, with a once monthly Saturday rotation. The area of coverage is West Detroit, Dearborn, Dearborn Heights, Canton, Wayne, Westland, and Lincoln Park. There is a productivity expectation of 35 points per week.

Minimum Requirements:

• MI LPN/LVN license
• 1+ year home health experience within the past 3 years
• BLS
• HCHB experience strongly preferred
