Job Title: Home Health Registered Nurse

Duties & Responsibilities: Home Health Registered Nurse sought for 13 week assignment, with the potential to extend. Schedule would be 5x8 days, Monday-Friday, with no weekends or on call required. There is a productivity point expectation of 30 points per week. The area of coverage is Appleton and surrounding areas.

Minimum Requirements:

• WI or Compact RN license
• 1+ year home health experience within the past 3 years
• HCHB and OASIS experience
• BLS
