Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and professional support.
- Process and manage sales orders, coordinating with logistics teams to ensure accurate and on-time delivery.
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and other sales materials while maintaining accurate customer records in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal departments to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly while upholding high service standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales performance and contribute to strategy development.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in sales support, customer service, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM/ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAGE 100).
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
