Client Success Specialists, North America, is focused on our SECURITAS XaaS and Core portfolio. This team partners with the marketing lead generation team, regional sales and North America National sales teams to develop sales opportunities through lead qualification, opportunity development, solutions recommendation and closing the deal with our SECURITAS XaaS Services portfolio. Building strong relationships and establishing clear lines of communication with external clients, technical team members and internal employees is critical in this role.
The Client Success Specialist is the sales support resource for the entire SECURITAS TECHNOLOGY portfolio, but focused primarily on the needs of our Commercial and Residential North American needs. This individual will possess exceptional presentation and sales skills, driving execution of sales qualification, and efforts for SECURITAS XaaS and Core and XaaS subscriptions. The goal of all initiatives is to match the right customer with the right solution to drive engagement of SECURITAS This role is remote to the North America, preferably within the Mountain/Pacific time zones.
