Overview:
ACS Professional Staffing is looking for an employee to work remote with our client. This IT Business Analyst position will support the DevonWay platform, validate requirements, manage solutions like EnergyCAP and Internal Audit/SOX, and collaborate with team members and the hiring manager. This full-time position needs to be located in PST time zone.

Responsibilities:

• Support the DevonWay platform and its compliance functions.
• Validate and finalize project requirements.
• Understand and manage the EnergyCAP solution, maintenance requests/Inventory management, and Internal Audit/SOX solutions.
• Collaborate with team members (compliance analysts, business analysts, release managers, and Java developers) and the hiring manager to build business cases, gather requirements, and perform cost-benefit analyses.
• Work closely with non-IT individuals to confirm requirements and ensure alignment.
• Engage in daily interactions with FTE Business Systems Analysts (BSA) and the hiring manager.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong IT business analysis skills with a working knowledge of business analysis, testing, and validation.
• Ability to understand and manage compliance functions and platform tools.
• Experience in stakeholder management and requirement gathering.
• Knowledge of the energy and utilities industry.
• Experience with JIRA or similar tools.
• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification.
