The IT Client Services Technical Lead is responsible for providing advanced technical support, guiding a team of support technicians and ensuring effective troubleshooting and resolution of complex issues. This role acts as the escalation point for challenging technical problems, offering hands-on assistance and mentoring team members to improve their technical skills. Provide IT services to C-Level leadership and their direct staff. Collaborate with other IT teams to develop and implement best practices and streamline support processes.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Act as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues, providing advanced troubleshooting and guidance to resolve high-priority or unresolved incidents.
Develop and document best practices to promote consistency and continuous improvement within the team.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional teams within IT (e.g., End User Computing, Network, Cloud & InfoSec teams to ensure seamless integration, proactive issue preventing and alignment with I&O objectives.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues across operating systes, network configurations, hardware, and software applications. Knowledge of IT support tools, ITSM and remote support tools is crucial.
Bachelor's degree in the field of Information Technology or related equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. 3+ years of experience in IT support role with a background in a fast-paced Bio-Tech company.
Ability to diagnose, analyze, and resolve high-level technical issues efficiently. Proactive approach in identifying root causes and implementing long-term solutions
Knowledge of ITIL principles framework for IT Service management for aligning support practices with industry standards.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
ITIL foundations
CompTIA A+
Network+
Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
Ability to travel - 20% travel, overnight, within the US region
Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Medium: work: Lifting 20-50 lbs occasionally
The salary range OR the hourly range for this role is $85K-$100K. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
