Job Description:
Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Estimator to join their team. The ideal candidate would have 1-5 years of experience in estimating earthwork projects. This role is crucial in helping accurately forecast project costs and ensure the financial success of their projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for earthwork projects.
• Analyze project plans and specifications to determine the scope of work.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to gather necessary information.
• Review and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes.
• Assist in the preparation of bid proposals and presentations.
• Maintain accurate records of estimates and project costs.
• Participate in project meetings and site visits as needed.

Qualifications:

• 1-5 years of experience in estimating earthwork projects.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
