Volt is immediately hiring Jr. Operations / Finance Associate in Fountain Valley, CA. Local candidates only please as it is onsite 3 days per week.

As a Jr Operations and Financial Analyst you will:

• Manage and lead various day-to-day operational support functions for Advanced Vehicle Technology (AVT) team. This includes administrative program and project tasks as well as support for strategic planning and development efforts. This position is critical to ensuring that all programs are operating smoothly to minimize service and revenue disruptions.
• Perform critical SAP data entry of vehicle infotainment specs to support financial operations of programs
• Manage and lead day-to-day financial and accounting management of AVT programs including billing, invoicing, payment and PO management of SiriusXM, SoundHound, MapCare and other future programs
• Create, maintain and update internal reference guides for AVT programs including ADAS and multimedia systems
• Provide administrative support on an ad-hoc basis to AVT team on strategic planning tasks including but not limited to research, analysis, calculations, meeting minutes and presentation development
• Ownership of financial and accounting reconciliation of AVT programs
• Manage purchase orders, payment submissions and invoice validations
• Lead coordination with internal finance/accounting and partner/supplier billing contacts

This is a full-time opportunity, temporary for 3 months, with strong possibility of being extended and moved into other Analyst roles. It also offers the foot in the door of a top company known to hire on our talent. Hours are M-F from 8am- 5pm, position is hybrid working three days onsite and two days remote.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, V-lookup, etc.)
• Working knowledge of SAP is desired, but training is available
• Strong communication skills
• Budgeting or finance or analyst experience
• Bachelors degree

Pay Rate: $28-30/hr
