Key Responsibilities:

Review Patient Data: Accurately check all patient sample information to ensure it meets company and regulatory standards.

Process and Enter Samples: Input patient information and test orders into our Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) with precision.

Ensure Compliance: Verify that all required information complies with HIPAA, CAP, and CLIA regulations for every order.

Resolve Incomplete Information: Identify any missing or incomplete data and take the necessary steps to rectify it in accordance with established protocols.

Manage Records: Scan and upload patient requisitions into electronic medical records for seamless digital tracking.

Strive for Excellence: Maintain an error rate under 0.10%, with a continual focus on achieving zero errors per month.
What You'll Need to Succeed:

Overnight availability (as required)
- A High School diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 6 months of experience in a laboratory or similar environment
- Proficiency with the MS Office Suite
