RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Bedminster, NJ that is seeking a Laser Pro Loan Closer. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Commercial Loan Closer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial lending processes and proficiency in using Laser Pro software. The Laser Pro Loan Closer will be responsible for managing the loan closing process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and facilitating smooth transactions from approval to funding.Responsibilities:- Manage the full cycle of commercial loan closings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
- Utilize Laser Pro software to prepare and review loan documents, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate and complete
- Collaborate with loan officers, underwriters, and clients to gather required documentation and address any outstanding issues prior to closing
- Conduct final reviews of loan files to ensure all conditions have been met before closing
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including title companies and attorneys, to schedule and facilitate loan closings
- Monitor and track loan closings, providing regular updates to relevant parties throughout the process
- Maintain detailed records of all transactions and ensure proper documentation is stored in compliance with company policies
- Respond to inquiries from clients and internal teams regarding loan status and documentation requirements
- Assist in resolving any post-closing issues or discrepancies
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Proficiency in Laser Pro software is required
- Strong understanding of commercial lending principles and practices
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused attitude
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance related to commercial lending
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
