The primary focus of this position is the support and maintenance of the Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS). This individual will serve as the technical/functional point-of-contact for HR Systems and ensures data integrity, testing of system changes, troubleshooting interfaces and other issues, maintaining business processes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. This position will be responsible for coordination of HR resources to drive out decision making regarding new HR data models and processes to support the implementation, enhancement, configuration, and maintenance of HR Systems.
Responsibilities
This role will be part of the HRIS organization and primary responsibilities will include supporting the global SuccessFactors HR Systems. This includes process design, evaluation, configuration, project management and testing support. This role processes the organization's human resource information using the most efficient and cost-effective computer systems and applications. Researches, analyzes, designs, configures, and maintains information systems in support of human resource administration and projects. Monitors HR information needs and designs new or modifies existing systems to meet changing requirements.
- Partner with Talent Management, Compensation, Learning & Development, HR Generalist, and Benefits teams to design processes and make recommendations for improvements via the use of technology.
- Responsible for the documentation of requirements, development, implementation, and testing of new or redesigned systems, reports, and procedures for HR to ensure efficient business processes.
- Work with the wider HRIS team, HR staff, and IT to consolidate data models and drive process decisions.
- Responsible for maintaining thorough, efficient, and accurate databases.
- Ensure that all software releases are reviewed, tested, and applied successfully
- User Support: Provide advanced support to HR system users, troubleshooting issues, and delivering training and documentation as needed.
- Project Leadership: Lead HRIS projects from inception to completion, including system upgrades, implementations, and integrations with other HR systems.
- Compliance: Ensure HRIS practices comply with company policies, data privacy regulations, and industry standards.
- Responsible for providing guidance, coaching, and training to other employees within job area. May manage projects at this level, requiring responsibility for the delegation of work and the review of others' work product.
Minimum Education/ Experience Bachelor's degree with 7+ years relevant work experience OR Master's 5+ years relevant work experience; 4+ years of equivalent work experience can be substituted for Bachelor's degree

- At least 2 years experience configuring and administeringSuccessFactors Performance & Goals Management module
- At least 2 years experience configuring and administeringSuccessFactors Succession module

Specific Skills or Experience Required
- At least 7 years of related experience. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central or other Modules
- Experience as a project HRIS lead for implementation of at least one of the core SuccessFactors modules
- Experience configuring at least one of the core SuccessFactors modules.
