As a Lead Analyst Solution SAP, you will play a pivotal role in our company's success. Your primary responsibilities include gathering requirements, conducting analysis, providing inputs to design, responsible for delivery, and implementation of complex solutions tailored to meet our clients' specific needs. This position will require close collaboration with business stakeholders, cross-functional/technical and application teams, and project managers will be essential to guarantee the deployment of scalable solutions of excellent quality.

Responsibilities

  • Requirements and Analysis: Lead the analysis of client requirements in close collaboration with design team and translate them into functional specifications. Work closely with the technical team to develop and deliver the solutions.
  • Functional Leadership: Leveraging robust strong hands-on functional expertise, expected to provide guidance and mentorship to a team of analysts and developers throughout the entire solution lifecycle.
  • Quality Assurance: Perform comprehensive testing and validation of solutions to ensure adherence to functional and performance requirements.
  • Project Management: Collaborate with project managers to define project scopes, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Client Engagement: Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing technical inquiries and delivering regular updates on project/task progress and deliverables.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to enhance our solution offerings continuously.

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree with 7+ relevant work experience; 11+ years of equivalent work experience can be substituted for Bachelor's degree
  • Master's degree with 5+ years relevant work experience preferred.
  • Strong functional expertise in SAP S/4HANA Fashion, specializing in Order to Cash (OTC) processes across Wholesale, e-commerce, and retail sectors.
  • Proficiency in order management, implementing pricing strategies, and utilizing available-to-promise (aATP) capabilities.
  • Thorough understanding of wholesale customers, Direct Vendor Ships (DVS), Marketplaces, as well as B2B and B2C requirements through integrations and customized solutions.
  • Experience integrating with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Record-to-Report (RTR), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Fiori applications, and Data Sphere.
  • Strong proficiency in analyzing requirements, devising solutions, executing implementations, and ensuring successful delivery, supported by practical hands-on experience.
  • Proven track record in S/4HANA implementation, project rollouts, enhancements, and ongoing support.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Certification in SAP S/4 HANA SD, Fiori.
  • Experience working in Waterfall, Agile or similar iterative development methodologies.
  • Experience with different quality assurance tools like Qtest and issue to resolution like Service Now.
