Job Description Summary
This position will be responsible for the coordination and performance of all facilities and manufacturing equipment related maintenance and operations within assigned area of responsibility which includes staffing and training.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Pay: $87,360.
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday
  • Will be responsible for building maintenance and manufacturing equipment maintenance.
  • Will have a team of 7-8 technicians.
  • Responsible for policy conformance and enforcement, safety performance, budget and cost control, quality control, maintenance process development and conformance, job planning and scheduling, and CMMS management.
  • Coordinates maintenance activities throughout customer/client portfolio to ensure effective, efficient maintenance performance Assist in the development of long range planning in support of the customer/client and the company's goals and objectives.
  • Maintenance of performance metrics records.
  • Provides support before, during and after a disaster event.
  • Ensures compliance with all company / customer regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Achieve performance expectations set forth as part of performance appraisals to include employee development planning.
  • Communications with all team members to support the development of short and long range planning in support of the company's goals and objectives.
  • Provides management to subcontractors and W/MBE partners to insure all goals and objectives are met or exceeded by any subcontracted work.
OTHER ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / DUTIES
  • Interacts with customer and client management to determine customer/client maintenance expectations.
  • Perform assigned tasks in a safe, effective, and efficient manner.
  • Accurate and timely administrative duties to include, but not limited to, time accounting and work order completion.
  • Must maintain positive customer and employee relations.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • This position will be responsible for the supervision of all hourly employees within assigned area of responsibility
REQUIREMENTS (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Education and/or Experience)
  • Education: Possess a high school degree or an approved GED. A degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering, or Management is preferred, but not required.
  • Experience: Possess a minimum of five years experience in the building maintenance field, with experience in supervision, planning / scheduling, estimating, and hands-on facilities maintenance preferred.
  • Accreditation: Membership and demonstrated active participation in industry related professional organizations (IFMA, BOMA, etc.).
  • Computer Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in creating and working with documents in Microsoft Word and Excel.
