What to Expect

The Manager, Marketing & Digital Retailing Strategy is responsible for leading the execution of digital retailing strategies and supporting OEM's digital retailing initiatives. This position requires to work with business units for cross-functional projects with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., OEMs, digital retailing solution providers, and dealers). This position will monitor the technology trends, evaluate the business opportunities, and recommend new technologies for the company's needs.

What You Will Do

1. Define and execute digital retailing strategies and ensure alignment with OEMs and overall HCA strategy.

2. Collaborate with OEMs and certified Digital Retailing Solution (DRS) providers to drive dealer adoption of the DRS platform, effective dealer systems integration, and future-proofing digital shopping.

3. Lead cross-functional pilot implementation amongst dealers for proof-of-concept on DRS providers' capabilities.

4. Provide ongoing tracking and analysis of the digital retailing pilot program. Provide recommendations to key stakeholders.

5. Assess DRS providers' capabilities. Partner with DRS providers to drive development initiatives and enhancements that support captive business model needs.

Qualifications

What You Will Bring

• 8+ years of experience in sales & marketing strategy, corporate strategy, consumer credit and similar functions in automotive financial industry.

• 3+ years related to utilizing analytical tools.

• BS/BA in Business, Marketing, and Finance or related field.

• MBA at notable institution is a significant plus.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a track record of success in leading cross-functional initiatives.

• Ability to analyze, organize and integrate large amounts of complex information into clear, concise presentations and plans.

• Understanding of online retail best practices, omnichannel and digital retailing technology.

• Strong communication and presentation skills with C-suite and other senior leadership Solid execution skills complemented by analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.

• Good attention to detail and quality.

• Adaptable to support the company's needs/focus.

• Knowledge of the automotive industry and understanding of retail, lease, and commercial financing a significant plus.

Work Environment

Employees in this class are subject to extended periods of sitting, standing and walking, vision to monitor and moderate noise levels. Work is performed in an office environment.

The posted salary range for this job takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; geographic location, and other business and organizational needs. Successful candidates may be hired anywhere in the salary range based on these factors. It is uncommon to hire candidates at or near the top of the range.
