Your Role
The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory management, material kitting, shipping, receiving, staff supervision, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality regulations. This role requires strong leadership skills and a focus on optimizing efficiency in a cGMP warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, material kitting, and shipping of products.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
- Responsible for adhering to and enforcing cGMP.
- Manage and train warehouse staff, ensuring high levels of performance and safety.
- Develop and implement warehouse procedures and best practices to enhance efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
- Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Creates, maintains, and analyzes warehouse performance metrics and implement improvements as necessary.
Who You AreMinimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field or 5+ years of experience in warehouse management or logistics.
- Proficient in warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of safety and quality regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to lead a team through change.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experienced SAP user.
- Knowledge of Quality Management System. Able to execute quality investigations.
Pay range for this position: $93,200-181,600
