Position Title: Manager, Oracle HCM Support

Location: Dallas, TX

Your role

The Manager of Oracle HCM Support is a critical leadership role responsible for overseeing the ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancement of the Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud application. This individual will report into the Sr Director of Employee Platforms and will be part of the core team responsible for ensuring that Oracle HCM operates optimally and continues to meet the evolving needs of the business globally.

What you'll do

  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of offshore Oracle HCM support specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Incident Management: Oversee the timely resolution of all Oracle HCM system incidents and requests, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
  • System Maintenance: Manage regular system maintenance activities related to quarterly releases and configuration changes, minimizing disruptions to users.
  • Enhancements and Projects: Lead the planning and implementation of system enhancements and projects to improve functionality, efficiency, and user experience.
  • Vendor Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for Oracle support and other relevant vendors, managing relationships and escalations.
  • User Support and Training: Provide high-level support to end-users, including training and communication on system changes and new features.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Generate reports and analyze data to track system performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Compliance and Security: Ensure the Oracle HCM system adheres to all relevant regulatory and security requirements such as SOX, SOC, GDPR, etc. Will be responsible for executing the quarterly user access review process.
What you'll need
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud support or administration, with a deep understanding of core HR processes.
    • 3+ years of experience leading and managing teams.
    • Proven track record of successfully managing complex HCM system implementations, upgrades, or enhancements.
  • Skills:
    • Strong technical proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud.
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Demonstrated leadership and team-building abilities.
    • Knowledge of relevant HR regulations and compliance standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Oracle HCM Cloud certification(s).
  • Experience with other HR technologies and systems.
  • Project management experience.
