What to Expect

The HCA Regional Operations Manager's (ROM) primary focus is to support or develop regional product and program strategies to drive HCA asset growth (retail, lease, commercial, insurance, CPO) in alignment with OEM Regions. The ROM will assist the RSD with Region & OEM relationships. The ROM will be responsible for attending OEM/Dealer meetings in the region as well as being the first point of contact for communication, joint business planning and issue resolution. The ROM will also lead in the sales development of the team and assist the RSD in driving sales initiatives and goals. This will allow the region to more accurately forecast and track results. Lastly, the ROM will assist the RSD in the development and deployment of consultative selling within their corresponding region. This will require that the ROM help execute and monitor the sales activities and development of the field sales team within the region. The role will also be responsible for assisting Business Development Managers (BDM's) in product sales and F&I sales training in the dealership in support of New Car Programs and CPO products and brand. Sales Training can be one to one or group environment. Additionally the ROM will assist the RSD to drive all Genesis related sales activities with BDM's and our dealer partners.

7. OEM interaction & relationship management

8. Salesforce.com & administrative reporting

9. HMF/GF/KMF collaboration & sales efforts

10. Assist RSD with regional coaching of BDMs.

Qualifications

What You Will Bring

• 5+ minimum years previous experience as a field sales representative in automotive finance

• Captive experience preferred

• College degree preferred, but will consider like automotive experience and accreditations

• Data analysis and reporting skills required

• Proven territory management and account acquisition activities

• Experienced in sustainable account development

• Adept Dealer conversion & sales track record

Work Environment

Employees in this class are subject to extended periods of sitting, standing and walking, vision to monitor and moderate noise levels. Work is performed in an office environment.

The posted salary range for this job takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; geographic location, and other business and organizational needs. Successful candidates may be hired anywhere in the salary range based on these factors. It is uncommon to hire candidates at or near the top of the range.
