About the Opportunity:

The Life Fitness Internship Program 2025 is now accepting applicants in their junior and senior year. We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as summer interns. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Marketing and develop valuable skills and contribute to Life Fitness' mission and goals.

Successful applicants will be assigned meaningful and challenging work suitable for their background. The program advisor(s) and mentors will meet with you regularly to identify and develop your summer objectives. All positions are PAID and based in the Chicagoland area. The Internship Program will run for 11-weeks.

Responsibilities:

• Actively contribute and have an impact on a business-critical project.
  
• Collaborate with fellow interns on an 11-week-long group case study and present the results to senior leaders, stakeholders, and managers.
  
• Attend and participate in team meetings.
  
• Assist with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
  
• Help create and update marketing materials, including digital content and product brochures.
  
• Support social media efforts by tracking engagement, creating posts, and analyzing competitor activity.
  
• Conduct research on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor products.
  
• Assist in managing digital assets, ensuring they are organized and accessible.
  
• Help analyze campaign performance and prepare reports.
  
• Collaborate with the team on product positioning, messaging, and content strategy.
  
• Contribute to consumer insights gathering through online research and feedback analysis.
  
• Provide support for email marketing campaigns and promotions.
  
• Attend team meetings and participate in brainstorming sessions.
  

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in full-time bachelor's degree program, graduating in 2026 or 2027.
  
• Strong academic standing preferred, minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher.
  
• Initiative, positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  
• Excellent organizational skills
  
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  
• Ability to adapt well to different situations and thrive in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
  
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  
• Experience working with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
