Dal-Tile, LLC is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead New Product Launches from design inception to website deployment, partnering with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders. Join a highly visible, fast-paced team leading creative and project-management for New Product Launches.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Position:
- Shepherd all new product launch cycles from product kickoffs to website deployment by establishing a market-driven timeline and flawless execution.
- Responsible for managing all new product creative assets, including but not limited to product naming activities, sales tools development, final board artwork, sales literature artwork, product bulletins and spotlight videos.
- Conduct weekly all-hands call with key stakeholders ensuring each team is held accountable for meeting milestones and deadlines.
- Work cross-functionally to provide solutions for potential launch delays and communicate delays to senior leadership if needed.
- Organize and lead educational new product webinars.
- Manage multiple launch timelines simultaneously, anticipating timelines and transportation schedules.
- Exercise judgment within defined procedures and policies.
- Review relevant factors to analyze situations and resolve issues.
- Perform other duties as needed.
Required Experience and Education: - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- 6-8 years' relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1-3 years of management experience.

- Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, delegate, and manage time effectively.

- Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite products.
