We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Marketing & Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and drive business growth. This role combines traditional marketing tactics with cutting-edge digital marketing techniques to promote our products, services, and brand across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will be skilled in campaign execution, content creation, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns across both traditional and digital channels (social media, email, SEO, PPC, content marketing, print, etc.).
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify target audiences, customer behavior, and emerging trends to inform marketing strategies.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to create engaging content, promotional materials, and marketing collateral (blogs, videos, newsletters, etc.).
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and email marketing.
- SEO & Website Optimization: Optimize website content for SEO and manage landing pages to increase organic search traffic and improve the user experience.
- Social Media: Manage and grow social media presence by creating, scheduling, and posting engaging content on key platforms.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to optimize strategies.
- Email Marketing: Create and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage customers, and promote products or services.
- Event Promotion: Assist in organizing promotional events, product launches, and trade shows to support marketing initiatives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and product teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a marketing or digital marketing role.
- Strong knowledge of both traditional and digital marketing strategies, tools, and best practices.
- Proficiency in marketing platforms (HubSpot, MailChimp, etc.), digital tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager), and analytics software (Google Analytics).
- Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with varying deadlines.
- Creative thinking, problem-solving skills, and a passion for staying up to date with the latest marketing trends.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS or web development is a plus.
- Graphic design skills or familiarity with tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
