Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled MEP Superintendent with a strong mechanical background and a focus on the design and implementation of large MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems. The ideal candidate will have a degree in a related field and extensive experience across multiple MEP trades.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the installation and coordination of MEP systems on construction projects.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems.
• Review and interpret design documents, specifications, and blueprints.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of MEP installations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to MEP systems.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation and reports.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team.

Qualifications:

• Strong mechanical background with a focus on large MEP systems design.
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Extensive experience in multiple MEP trades.
• Proven ability to manage and coordinate complex MEP installations.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MEP design and construction software.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base salary: $130,000 - $150,000
