Job Title:

Move Support Technician (2-3 month project)

Location:

Washington, DC

Minimum Requirements:

• Detail oriented and able to precisely follow written and verbal directions

• Willingness to work a flexible schedule. Evenings, weekends, and holiday work will/could be required through holiday season before and after November

• Familiarity with Windows 11

• Able to walk 5 miles throughout the day (including occasion use of stairs and uphill terrain)

• Able to lift to 50lbs

• Good communication skills, polite/cordial

• Ability to work independently, proactively and within a team environment. Strong time management skills

• Customer service experience (school service hours, volunteer work, part time job...etc)

Ability to work varying schedule with little notice

• Most work will be M-F/daytime, but schedule will vary frequently (sometimes early, late, and longer/shorter shifts)

• There will be weekend and potentially holiday work

Reliable transportation to/from work

• Easy access to D.C. Metro

• Closest stop on blue/orange/silver lines

Other:

• Recent college graduate or trade school graduate with technical support focus

• Basic familiarity with computer/mobile/printer hardware

• Demonstrated experience moving, installing, wiping, and configuring end user computers (on site and via remote) in an Enterprise IT Environment

• Microsoft 365 (M365) software familiarity

• Use of Outlook, MS Word
