Are you a seasoned telecom professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences? If so, we have an incredible opportunity for you to join our growing 5G Network Operations Center (NOC) as an Incident Manager. In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for leading a team of talented network surveillance and fault isolation experts, ensuring the seamless operation of our cutting-edge 5G platform. Your exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to thrive under pressure will be key to your success, as you'll be tasked with quickly analyzing service and system issues, determining corrective actions, and implementing them to restore services.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end incident management lifecycle, from identification to resolution
  • Oversee the incident management process and team members, driving ticket analysis and follow-up
  • Collaborate with advanced operations, engineering, and vendor teams to escalate and resolve critical issues
  • Manage outages and emergencies, ensuring adherence to key performance indicators and service-level agreements
  • Track top issues and identify areas for continuous improvement
  • Drive resolutions for customer complaints within service-level agreements
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of telecom/wireless experience, with a focus on 4G/5G NOC environments
  • Demonstrated expertise in 5G functional components, including core, RAN, network, transport, PaaS, and gNB configurations
  • Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work under pressure
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with a focus on efficiency and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for building strong relationships
  • A self-motivated, achievement-oriented mindset with a keen interest in learning new technologies
