WHAT YOU'LL DO
The Onsite Support Technician will work in partnership with the customer, management team, global helpdesk, and service teams to provide on premises support for AVI-SPL customers at customer site(s) with the end goals of delivering a world-class Customer Service experience.The Support Technician is identified as a Tech 1 (T1) position intended to provide direct end-user support in the operation of the systems. In addition, the AV Support Technician will possess the training and experience to resolve minor problems and perform clean, inspect and readiness checks on systems as part of the routine preventive maintenance process.
