Overview - Horizon Farm Credit is actively seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our team. The qualified candidate may work in either the Mechanicsburg, PA, Winchester, VA, or Westminster, MD branch location. The hours of operation are typically, Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule after 6 months of successful employment. This is a great opportunity to make a difference in agriculture and rural communities.
Position Description - In this position, you will act as a key resource and contact for construction loans from closing to completion. You will be the primary resource and point of contact for loan officers, borrowers, and builders in relation to the construction disbursement process. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of state requirements and standard construction practices, while not essential previous experience with Built software is considered an added value. This position also involves providing support across various construction portfolios and assisting teammates as needed.
