Oracle Field Service Lead

Daily Responsibilities:

• Work with different departments within the organization on best practices for field services and operations
• Define future within the Oracle Field Services space
• Participate in GAP analysis based on user stories and requirements that have been gathered
• Lead conversations around key design decisions with the main goal of scaling the clients Oracle Field Services capabilities
• Record user stories for future solutions for the Oracle Cloud Suite/Oracle Field Service

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience with Oracle Field Service, Service Management, and Service Logistics.
• Experience with Oracle Supply Chain
• Proven knowledge of reporting and analytics
• Open to traveling up to 50% to Houston TX and/or San Francisco
