JOB DESCRIPTION
Senior IT Manager, Oracle HCM
The Senior IT HCM Manager is responsible for all HCM systems and services using a variety of applications (SAAS and On-Premise) including governance and compliance. You will oversee the development and execution of our HCM product roadmap as we navigate through digital transformation while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that accurate and efficient best practice processes are in place to support all HCM system functions.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide leadership to programs/projects as part of an Oracle HCM digital transformation effort.
  • Partner with the business and technology groups to deliver and maintain enterprise Oracle HCM solutions.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Oracle HCM-related products and technologies, providing guidance and support to internal stakeholders and customers.
  • Support Vulcan's compliance and data governance practices.
  • Owner of all system configurations, integrations, workflows, reporting, and analytics in the area of Oracle HCM.
  • Responsible for appropriate staffing, people management, performance management, and overall scheduling and capacity planning.
  • Coach, mentor, and manage staff to implement, maintain, and support all related systems and software.
  • Lead the Oracle HCM business applications team to provide the full product lifecycle for functional programs/projects including ideation, prioritization, design, development, testing, launch, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with the development, integration, and testing teams to produce quality solutions and timely results.
  • Responsible for quarterly patch evaluation, analyzing new or changed functionality, developing test plans, unit testing, and coordinating with business users in testing activities to ensure business continuity and continuous improvement.
  • Participate in M&A activities and understand the impact on current business processes, integrations, and reports. Work with cross-functional business groups to lead/execute the integration plan.
Skills You'll Need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Prior experience of 5+ years in product management or Oracle HCM digital transformations.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing IT products from concept to commercialization.
  • Solid experience in implementing, utilizing, and supporting Oracle Cloud/ERP solutions
  • In-depth knowledge of business processes and experience in product management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Customer-centric and user experience-focused.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range: Base Salary of $165k + an annual bonus and annual stock bonus. Total package based on a $150k to $165k salary is estimated at $200k to $230k annually
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
