Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Customer and Consumer Service Excellence by elevating Flawless, professional, effective order management and service to partners and customers all the time.
  • Expertly engage with customers, internal sales and operational partners to secure flawless execution of order management.
  • Receive, transact, confirm, release orders according to distribution agreements.
  • Engage with the warehouse to secure coordination and prioritization of shipments.
  • Provide high level of service through both call and mail enquiries with customers and internal partners.
  • Govern credit/debit notes, Goods Return and FOC Execution policy to secure compliance.
  • High commercial performance attention - we are the pulse of the business, and we run above and beyond to get the order through.

Operational Center of Excellence leading and performing LEGO Education operational processes across demand, supply, logistics and order management to generate business impact elevated through trusted and high-quality business partnering.

While you will be passionate about the US market your will be part of a global order management team with colleagues across the world - all with the same ambitions to fulfil the orders of our customers.

Do you have what it takes?
  • 2 to 3 year's experience on customer service or order management areas.
  • Proficient working with IT systems.
  • You take initiative, recognize and act on opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaboration skills approach to elevate team efficiency and performance.
  • Organized and find motivation in building structure to optimize efficiency.
  • Customer Focus.
  • Experience working in SAP .
  • Good communication skills both verbally and in writing in English.
  • Understands the importance to good team work.
  • Problem solving mentality.
Additional details on this position
  • The salary for this position has a range of $70,000 - $105,000 USD based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
  • This position will initially be based at 501 Boylston Street in Boston, before moving to a new office location at 1001 Boylston Street by mid-2025. Our hiring teams will discuss this with you during the interview stages.
