Title: Organizational Strategist (Consultant, Senior Consultant, Principal)

What You'll Do

• Facilitate strategic planning sessions for team and leadership alignment.
• Assess, design and implement organizational design solutions, aligned with business strategies.
• Develop and implement change management solutions to support execution and enablement efforts of organizational changes and new ways of working.
• Guide workforce planning assessments and integrated employee experience strategies.
• Lead teams, interact with senior-level clients, and work with Director-level clients and SMEs.
• Provide thought leadership in change management and organizational design and mentor other team members.

What You'll Bring

• Experience with stakeholder alignment and organizational assessments.
• Experience with workforce planning, designing and executing org transformational strategies.
• Experience implementing change management solutions, inclusive of communications, engagement, and learning.
• Experience in creating personas, user journeys, role descriptions, and role mapping.
• Comfortability navigating ambiguity and interfacing directly with clients.
• Ability to be onsite in greater Boston area for 1-3 days per week.
