Summary:

Manage the Call Center Department's outbound call center, assign daily tasks, and provide campaign progress reports.

Job Duties/Description:

  • Manage staffing to meet business needs.
  • Supervise outbound call activities and conduct performance reviews.
  • Train and develop Outbound Call Center Representatives.
  • Delegate responsibilities and prioritize projects.
  • Provide floor support and manage workflow.
  • Ensure efficient and accurate completion of campaigns.
  • Set daily, weekly, and monthly objectives.
  • Update other departments on task progress.
  • Collect and present monthly procurement data.
  • Handle challenging outbound call situations and perform functions as needed.
  • Maintain professional company representation.
  • Generate new business and maintain client relationships.
  • Attend required trainings and meetings.
  • Resolve partner and staffing concerns professionally.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Director of Operations.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • Supervise 12-30 outbound call center employees.
  • Execute supervisory duties per organizational policies and laws, including hiring, training, performance appraisal, and problem resolution.
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of call center management experience.
  • 2-4 years of sales and customer service experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Proven leadership in a call center.
  • Knowledge of advertising laws and branding compliance.
  • Experience in implementation planning, effective communication of changes, and managing deadlines.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and manage stress.
  • Proficient in relationship and contract management systems, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Additional Info:
  • Pay rate: $75k-$85k
  • Schedule: 8:30 am - 5 pm, Monday - Friday
  • Location: 100% in office in Plymouth
