Location: This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office). Ideal candidates will live within 50 miles of one of our PulsePoint locations.

How you will make an impact:

• Manages and ensures that audit scope and audit areas follow applicable guidelines for sampling, auditing and reporting performance.
• Creates and designs audit checklists, requirements and plan.
• Implements applicable audit and reporting guidelines.
• Leads performance repairing program.
• May direct and monitor performance guarantee implementation, processes, reporting and performance improvement.
• Establishes and coordinates compliance plan activities within the Business Unit.
• Partner with cross functional teams to improve processes, areas of quality improvement and close gaps
• Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of associates.

• Requires B.A. or B.S. degree; and a minimum of 5 years experience in related area; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

• Internal, public audit, quality assurance and project management experience preferred.
• Experience in retail, specialty, mail order or other high-volume pharmacy.
• CPHT preferred.
• Experience in contact center and high production environments.
