Job Summary:
Provides comprehensive physical therapy services to the patient by assessing, planning, implementing, and documenting patient care and treatment programs. Participates in varied Rehabilitation Services activities designed to enhance patient care and programs. Demonstrates advanced evaluation and treatment skills and has ability work in any department or location assigned based on rehab needs. Other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:
A minimum of two years of clinical Therapist experience meeting requirements of Level I responsibilities as determined by interview and assessment is required.
EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:
Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program is required.
TRAINING DESCRIPTION:
Must be proficient at all PT level 1 competencies, maintain productivity level and have the potential to take on additional responsibilities. May require clinical expertise in specific discipline.
LICENSURE DERSCRIPTION:
WI state license as a Physical Therapist is required. American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is required within 3 months of hire.
