This is a role with one of Slalom's global teams - we are open to hiring in many locations and travel will be required as needed by our clients.

Role: Process Intelligence & Ops Improvement Expert

Target Level: Senior Consultant or Principal

You will enjoy this role if you are a self-motivated, data-savvy professional with a passion for process optimization and the ability to drive consulting services sales. Help our clients harness the power of data and streamline their operations, ultimately contributing to their success and growth.

What You'll Do

• Engage with clients to understand and address process improvement needs.

• Utilize process mining tools to identify improvement opportunities.

• Review, optimize, and enhance existing processes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements and automation.

• Write and optimize SQL queries for data analysis and reporting.

• Analyze large datasets for data-driven improvements and create data visualizations and reports.

• Develop tailored solutions and proposals, identifying new business opportunities in process improvement and data analysis.

• Build and maintain client relationships and present consulting services to potential clients.

What You'll Bring

• Consulting experience with a focus on process improvement, process mining, and data analysis.

• Expertise in business analysis, value stream mapping, and continuous process improvement.

• Experience across the sales lifecycle with the ability to generate revenue of $1M+.

• Intermediate SQL skills and an interest in big data, data mining, and process mining.

• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, Celonis).

• Experience with Agile methodology and project delivery.

• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and handle problem-solving and conflict negotiation.

• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
