Our client is seeking a Product Manager in Orlando, FL.
Role Description
Job Responsibilities
This role would support the implementation of the mobile app, digital reservations via web & mobile, content and feature evolution for the website, content updates, site administration, and dining systems support.
• Working across various business, technology, and vendor teams to define features and functionality.
• Document features by translating the product concepts into user stories, epics and other appropriate product deliverables (e.g., project briefs, scope/requirement documents, Guest prioritized needs, etc.) Familiarity with Confluence, Jira, and Smartsheet is a plus.
• Collaborating with all impacted functional teams including creative, technology, legal, finance and other product organizations.
• Support defect triage activities by working with technical, creative and production teams to identify root cause through resolution, providing support and escalation for blockers/impediments.
Skills & Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of product management or related work experience.
• Ability to work through ambiguity to define and deliver tech & digital solutions.
• Experience working closely with technology, design, project management, business and user experience teams.
• Ability to influence people over whom you do not have direct authority.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills including the ability to lead stakeholder requirements sessions
• Ability to think strategically and drive ideas into action with a willingness to take personal initiative.
• Experience identifying, defining, and/or addressing technical, user and business issues in a fast moving organization. Experience with Agile software development methodology
