The Production Lead is the driving force behind transforming designs into perfectly crafted products. You'll oversee everything from sourcing to final delivery, ensuring that our high standards are met on time and within budget. This role is perfect for someone with deep experience in fashion production, who's both strategic and hands-on, and thrives in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.
Main Responsibilities

Production Planning: Develop and manage production schedules, ensuring deadlines are met across all stages-from sample development to bulk production.

Supplier & Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with global manufacturers and suppliers, negotiating terms and ensuring high-quality outputs.

Cost Control & Budgeting: Oversee production budgets, analyze costs, and find solutions to meet targets without compromising quality.

Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality control processes, conducting inspections and ensuring all products meet our brand's high standards before they reach customers.

Inventory & Logistics Coordination: Work closely with the logistics team to manage inventory levels, track shipments, and ensure timely deliveries to our distribution centers.

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the production team, fostering a culture of collaboration, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with design, merchandising, and technical teams to ensure seamless transitions from concept to finished product.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required in a related field
- Multi-year experience in fashion production management, preferably within a fast-paced retail environment
- Proven track record of successfully managing production timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to problem-solve under pressure.
- Advanced Excel skills
- Passion for fashion and a keen eye for quality and detail
Compensation Range: $82,446.00 - $109,928.00
Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as your relevant work experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location.
