Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a Program Coordinator/Administrative Coordinator

  • Position type: Contract to Hire
  • Location: Syracuse, New York
  • Job/ Shift Hours: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
As a Program Coordinator/Administrative Coordinator, you will be:
  • Manage daily administrative activities of departments residency program
  • Supervise administrative and professional responsibilities for programs daily
  • Primary liaison between the department and all parties in the residency program
  • from Program Director, residents, faculty, and teaching sites
  • 80% of the time is coordinating for the program/20% administrative coordination for the department.
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Bachelor's degree in public health, Health Education or related field plus 2 or more years exp with administration of educational programs.
  • Must have good oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Equivalent experience education and training may be considered for the education requirements.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Rate*: $ $47,451 to $71, 176 per annum.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
