Location: Riverwoods, IL

Job Description:

Join our dynamic Marketing team as a Project Manager for Product Rewards and Promotions. This role focuses on project management rather than campaign execution. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Validating projects
• Monitoring fallout reports
• Routing copy approvals
• Updating procedures and job aids as needed
• Maintaining promotion trackers
• Collaborating with teams to update checklists as needed
• Ensuring articles are published accurately
• Reviewing complaints to determine if escalation is necessary
• Managing the installation and renewal of letters
• Providing coverage for teammates to maintain controls or keep tasks moving during their absence
• Creating and sending out weekly email updates
• Updating the Marketing Board as needed
• Training business partners on compliance tasks as needed
• Working on team presentation decks

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Word, Excel
• Experience managing PowerPoint decks
