JOB DESCRIPTION
Wood is currently inviting expressions of interest for a Project Control Lead for a new offshore brownfield engineering office based out of the Greater New Orleans area.
Leads the cost; planning, scheduling and risk assessment support to assignments / project teams and clients, typically on projects ranged from small to moderate size and complexity for both engineering services and equipment supply for the Operations Americas Brownfield Engineering and Decommissioning Business.
Ensures implementation, set up, and run all required project controls systems, tools, and interfaces to allow successful management and reporting of the project costs, schedule, tax-related issues and risks on projects and specific assignments.
A wide ranging and hands on role focusing on both project and service delivery and at times resource management.
The role will interface with several key stakeholders across the project and wider business.
Primary focal point for the Finance, Project Manager, Client or Project Team for all matters relating to project costs, schedules, and risk; and resources requirements.
Responsible for ensuring that a professional Project Controls service is delivered by their team to all internal and external customers
Overall responsibility for Operations Americas Brownfield Engineering and Decommissioning Portfolio.
