Our client is seeking a Project Coordinator in Orlando FL \ Hybrid.

Role Description

Responsible for administering and coordinating the execution of Portfolio, Program & Project Organization (3PO) initiatives. Assists assigned teams in understanding & implementing the 3PO program policies and guidelines. Communicates and coordinates project efforts between various internal and external groups, serves as liaison with other departments, interacting with tact and diplomacy.
Accumulates, organizes, and analyzes information from a variety of sources, codifying this information into products to support leadership's decision-making activities. Ensures that program information sources (wiki, training, documented processes) are maintained and up to date. Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness and results of the program initiatives, identifying and recommending ways to improve the efficiency/accuracy of program documentation and processes.

Skills & Requirements

What are the top Three - Five Skills?
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, technology, or proven experience (2 years) working in a project coordination or similar role.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools/software (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, Sharepoint).
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies.
• Love for learning.

Pluses, nice to haves?
• Experience in Software Test processes.
• Tools: Smartsheet automations, ClarityMyPPM
