Our client is seeking three dynamic Project Managers - Executive (Non-Tech) to join their team in Minneapolis, MN for a 12-month tenure. This role is not suitable for Technical PMs. The successful candidates will be responsible for driving the implementation of project deliverables as defined in the project charter, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of large, complex projects, ensuring budget, scope, schedule, risk, and quality meet specific success criteria.
- Define, estimate, and schedule project tasks and interdependencies through a clearly defined project plan/work breakdown structure.
- Identify project resource requirements and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure adequately skilled resources are available.
- Maintain project artifacts and records, adhering to approved project management methodologies.
- Analyze project performance, conduct cost-benefit analysis, and identify optimal solutions that minimize negative impact and trade-offs.
- Provide consistent stakeholder communications and progress reports outlining project status, risks, issues, and action plans.
- Transition project into daily business operations at the end of the project.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 7-10 years of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to balance approach to political, economic, social, technological, and administrative factors.
- Competency in adapting to changing environments and ambiguous situations.
- Solid understanding of Project Management methodology, tools, and techniques, including Capability Maturity Model integrated (CMMi) methods.
- Demonstrated experience leading multiple complex projects from design to delivery.
- Objective decision-making ability, strong analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- BA and/or BS in Business, Finance, Mathematics, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
