Hays Commercial Real Estate has partnered with a national real estate development and management firm, who are looking to hire an experienced Property Manager to oversee a regional portfolio of medical office assets across New York.
Leaning on your prior experience managing commercial properties, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and financial performance of a regional portfolio based out of the group's New York office. Duties will include maintaining first class tenant relations, conducting regular inspections of assigned properties, overseeing all maintenance and capital projects, creating and managing property budgets, and leading leasing tours for prospective tenants. The successful candidate will also work closely with the asset management team in the due diligence of potential acquisitions to the portfolio.
