Provider Comm Manager
Location: This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office). The Ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of an Elevance Health PulsePoint location.
The Provider Comm Manager will be responsible for collaborating with health plans and enterprise business partners to ensure accurate, consistent and timely provider messaging in the support of B2B, enterprise, state-specific, vendor and line of business communications.
How you will make an impact:
- Supports tracking, development and completion of company initiatives and Government or Commercial business growth projects and initiatives related to provider communications.
- Supports recommendation of distribution channels to include attainment of appropriate approvals.
- Supports development of new and innovative programs for standard communication distribution and format.
- Leads highly complex, multi-state, multi-line of business revisions to the provider manuals to support Enterprise initiatives
- Managing revisions of manual projects for 72+ publications annually; including:
- Content development and technical writing.
- Editing and design layout of the manuals.
- Overseeing approvals from inception to completion.
- Completing required forms and checklists on behalf of the business attesting to sections of the Manuals required by the regulator.
Minimum Requirements:- Requires Bachelors degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in managed healthcare or related industry or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:- Knowledge of Medicaid preferred.
For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $81,360 to $140,346.
