Our customer is looking for a Receptionist to join their team.
Location: Roseville, CA
Pay Rate: $20.00-23.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8am-5pm
Responsibilities:
* Welcoming visitors with a friendly demeanor.
* Managing incoming calls, forwarding calls and taking detailed messages.
* Receive, sort and distribute daily mail.
* Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
* Monitor and manage inventory for office supplies.
Qualifications:
* Proven work experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment (e.g., fax machines, printers).
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Good customer service and interpersonal skills.
