Volt Workforce Solutions is looking to grow our team. We are searching for Sourcing Specialists/Junior Recruiters to help our clients find the right talent, right away. This entry level role is an excellent opportunity to get insight into the hiring process from the employer's point of view. You will gain experience with Boolean Searching, Resume Review, Interviewing and Customer Service. Even if you are not planning a career in HR or Business, working with us will give you practical skills needed for most careers. Flexible work hours are available.

Responsibilities Include:

• Reviewing candidate resumes
  
• Screening candidates over the phone
  
• Scheduling interviews
  
• Extending job offers by phone
  

Requirements:

• Strong work ethic
  
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly
  
• Good customer service skills
  
• Tech Savvy
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  
• A positive attitude is a MUST
  
• Must be within commuting distance of Londonderry, NH.
  

Payrate: $14.42/hr
