Regulatory Windchill Coordinator

Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Regulatory Windchill Coordinator to join their team. This role is pivotal in providing support to the Regulatory Affairs team, with a focus on validating Global Regulatory Library (GRL) approval record metadata.

Key Responsibilities:
- Utilizing search criteria to extract Regulatory Approval records information for assigned countries via the Windchill application
- Creating Excel tracking sheets from the downloaded Windchill information
- Validating the Metadata of individual approval records using Excel tracking sheets and Country Specific Approval record templates
- Identifying discrepancies between specific metadata fields and the approval records
- Updating fields in Windchill to match the approval records; including approval dates, expiration dates, models, legal manufacturer and manufacturing facilities, and certificate number
- Updating the Windchill approval name to match the GRL naming convention
- Identifying approval records that need clarification and communicating with the contact for the in-country affiliates for resolution

Qualifications:
- High school diploma
- Ability to learn and navigate a system
- Strong initiative to ensure work is done accurately and completely
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to problem solve and analyze data
- Adaptable and able to change gears quickly
- Ability to develop cross-functional relationships
- Experience in Customer Service, Logistics, Regulatory, Project management, Data Analysis is preferred
- Familiarity with SAP, Windchill or other PLM is helpful, reporting such as Business Objects, Excel
- Minimum of 2 years of office experience

This role can be remote, but candidates should be within range of our client's St. Paul office for training and other meetings. The successful candidate must pass a drug test and background check once offered the position. This is a 6-month contract with the potential to extend until the end of 2025.
