Job Summary
Galapagos Federal Systems LLC is seeking a highly motivated and well-qualified individual to join our dynamic team as an Operations Support III / Requirements Analyst. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside a diverse group of professionals in a challenging and rewarding environment.
As the Requirements Analyst, you will play a critical role in providing comprehensive SharePoint support, focusing on the design, specification, integration, implementation, administration, and testing of large-scale, enterprise-wide SharePoint portals. You will be tasked with operating within complex, distributed networks that span multiple classification enclaves and are integrated with DoD Command and Control (C2) systems. Your expertise in information assurance processes and procedures will be essential to ensuring the security and integrity of these systems.
This position requires a deep understanding of SharePoint in a DoD environment and the ability to navigate and support intricate network infrastructures. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proven ability to work effectively within highly secure and regulated settings.
Compensation Minimum: $80,000
Compensation Maximum: $85,000
Job Requirements:
Skills / Experience Required
- Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI)
- 1+ years of experience as Quality Control Specialist, supporting a DOD program of similar size and scope
- 3+ years of hands-on professional experience as Quality Control Specialist, for program/project of similar size and scope
- SharePoint Engineering services shall support the following policies and technologies:
- SharePoint 2016 or newer
- Site Collection, lists and libraries, the use of Apps in SharePoint, Workflows, Event log and search administration troubleshooting
- Office 365
- Virtual environments, transitioning services from one environment to another, records management
- IIS, Active Directory, Load balancing, DNS, SMTP & SQL Database
- Applying Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs)
Education / Certifications - Associate or bachelor's degree in software development, or IT preferred
- Minimum Certifications Required: Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate and/or Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert.

Security ClearanceMust be a U.S. Citizen. A high-level Department of Defense active security clearance is required. Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to government information.
Physical RequirementsWork may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time and typing and reading from a computer screen. The candidate must have enough mobility, including bending, reaching, and kneeling, to complete daily duties in a prompt and efficient manner and that may include lifting to thirty pounds, as necessary.
